As an active owner, bioXXmed AG enables groundbreaking innovations in biomedicine. This creates sustainable values for the shareholders of bioXXmed AG, the patients and makes a contribution to the economic efficiency of healthcare systems worldwide.<\/p>

In the long term, bioXXmed AG aims to broaden its existing project portfolio. Interesting target companies have patented, application-oriented technologies or products with a long remaining patent life and a target indication displaying a therapeutic need for improvement (\"medical need\"). bioXXmed AG relies on the diversification of its portfolio. The focus is currently on the holding DermaTools Biotech GmbH, and thus the segment of the treatment of chronic wounds.<\/p>

bioXXmed AG has the necessary scientific and commercial resources to evaluate projects that meet the defined investment criteria. As an active owner, we constantly monitor and analyse the development of our shareholdings.
